My favorite movie with the best score on Rotten Tomatoes is Mad Max: Fury Road with 97%

The one with the worst rating is Captain America: The Winter Soldier with 89%

La Cité de la Peur has no critics rating on RT, however it has a 95% public rating. It is also the only non-American movie of the list, as it is French.
