in #London traffic cops in plain clothes riding bicycles will catch drivers who pass too close to #cyclists (this is already happening in other English cities where there are high traffic levels and narrow congested roads)

@vfrmedia That's a good thing I guess... Here cyclists are so much disrespected on the roads, they're in constant danger

@Siphonay a paradox is both UK and FR have a strong tradition of sports cycling, although this also adds to problems on British roads as young men especially often feel they have to treat the road as a racetrack / battleground simply to stay alive, leading to more conflicts on the streets..
