I see more people being nostalgic for the PS1 era of 3D platformers, with Crash Bandicoot and Spyro

But I personally think that the PS2 era of 3D platformers, with Ratchet & Clank, Sly and Jak is WAY better.

But heh I'm also more nostalgic of those because I grew up with them so who knows

I can't wait for the day these series will be considered old enough to get remasters like Crash N-Sane Trilogy and Spiro Re-ignited Trilogy but I doubt this will ever happen as they all three got HD ports on PS3 and Ratchet & Clank even got a half-reboot half-remaster thingy

Considering just how long the Ratchet and Clank series ran, I'd expect another console generation or two before Sony considers having Insomniac do remakes. Especially since the entire series minus Deadlocked for some reason was available on PS3. Same with Jak and Daxter as well as Sly cooper, all re-released on PS3.
That said, I'd still love to get remasters and maybe continuations. Those as some of my all time favorites!

@newnix deadlocked was available on the PS3, they just didn't have the time to include it in the physical release. It's on the store though. But it's a really mediocre port
