Everyone saying that Firefox Android is good makes me wonder why it's buggy and freezes a lot more than chrome on my phone
It's better than at its start though. But not as functional as chrome for me.
I say that as a huge Firefox defender on PC.
@Siphonay FWIW, it has worked on the last several Samsungs I've had. Admittedly I almost always run beta. I'm not yet on the latest Android, nor the latest Samsung, either. I've got ∞ tabs, too. 🤷🏽
@Siphonay That's the freedom putting grit into the cogs of the man. And the pages reloading every time you switch away for more than 146 milliseconds despite having multiple free gigs of ram is the reloading of choice. There are no seatbelts on FF for Android because when you crash it, you're crashing freedom.
(I love Firefox for Android and use it exclusively)
@Siphonay I have mixed feelings about it on Android. They need to take some time for their touch inputs, because I swear it wants my fingers to be the size of a cursor.
