If we make a mistake? I try to make sure that I take care of it as quickly as possible, as easily as possible for you.
But, if we do fuck up, that certainly DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT to treat my staff or myself poorly.
I have a return Policy. It's not customer friendly. I don't follow it... For people who treat people with respect.
But, if you go full on shitballs on my staff or I, I'm going to follow that return policy to the fucking letter.
