I'm an Ecom Director for a small biz. Thankfully, this time of the year is our "Slow Season" based on industry we cater to.

I swear to God, if I had to deal with more assholes than I do this time of the year, I'd be institutionalized.

News Flash: The Customer is not always right, and if you behave like an asshole, I am empowered by the owner of the Co to make it as horrible as I can for you.

If you don't read the entire description,

If you don't ensure that what you bought is what you need,

If you don't make sure that you are buying something that is going to fit or work on your machine:

THAT IS NOT MY FUCKING FAULT.

And lying about it to eBay, Amazon, Wal-Mart, or Sears isn't going to help you. I will go out of my way to report you, and if need be contact my local law enforcement to start charges for theft, if you get too stupid.

If we make a mistake? I try to make sure that I take care of it as quickly as possible, as easily as possible for you.

But, if we do fuck up, that certainly DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT to treat my staff or myself poorly.

I have a return Policy. It's not customer friendly. I don't follow it... For people who treat people with respect.

But, if you go full on shitballs on my staff or I, I'm going to follow that return policy to the fucking letter.
