I live within "Fan Distance" of Cleveland. I grew up a Browns fan. I was there as a kid w/ my dad for the Drive & the Fumble. I was young adult when they left. I rooted until just a few years ago.
& then I quit them. It's been fascinating to see how many of their fans get vicious when another human decides they aren't having fun and want to move on.
What gives you the right to be an asshole to someone who decided to have fun watching another team?
