One of the things I like most about #Ello is being able to write in #markdown - I wonder when someone will hack the #Mastodon code to support markdown.
Suddenly I am visualizing an instance just for markdown geeks... (and everyone else would wonder why they are seeing *asterisks* and _underscores_ in updates)
@danyork I am glad SOMEONE likes Markdown. (remembers old MovableType days).
