I'm currently trying to decide which I hate more: the emails from clients saying "It's going to cost HOW MUCH?! That's outrageous for such a simple change", or the explanations after the fact saying "I underestimated that simple change because we're so bogged down in internal bureaucracy that every simple thing takes forever to implement"
