I've updated the polling on my mood tracker to be multiple times I day.

I was only collecting at the end of the day, but I noticed that my mood could drastically shift during the day based on what I was reacting to. Having incomplete or inaccurate data wasn't much of a use to me.

The best thing about GDPR - it is forcing everyone that has my email to contact me so I can do proactive blocking and opting out of services.

@benhamill I fell asleep on my couch last night and woke up around 2am with a sore neck.

Wound up getting in to work a little later than I would have liked, but it feels like things are going well so far.

Sorry to hear about your allergies. I just started seeing an allergist and have seen some success with layering Allegra D and Xyzal. I didn't know you could take those two 24hr medicines and not have an interaction

Remember to breathe. There is never anything that has to be said right away. You can take a pause, and make sure that you are responding and not reacting.

I hope everyone is doing well. I really enjoyed taking a weekend to unplug and give myself time to rest and recharge.

I'm working this week on not being so reactive and taking time to breathe before responding to stressors.

I'm really worried that it will become stagnant or bloated with non-relevant feeds. Keeping the podcatcher separate from content producers allowed a trust that I could have access to any content.

Now that it is tied to NPR there isn't a guarantee that non-NPR content will get fetched in a timely manner or that new shows will be listed.
