So, why do Android users get annoyed if their phone doesn't get updated to the new version of the OS? They never seem to add anything dramatic and most phone OS updates I've been through have made the phone permanently slower.
@selfnoise I think there are two reasons
1. Most people want the "new shiny", even if it isn't any different or better.
2. Some manufacturers hold security updates and bundle them with OS updates. So without updating the underlying system you are stuck with an insecure device.
