@00dani Waah. Not good. I only remember by keeping a bottle of juice and a neon cup next to me.
@00dani Yesterday I was like crawling through a desert by the end of the day. And couldn't work out why.
Then realised all I'd had was a cup of hot chocolate. Which was heavy on the chocolate.
But I've remembered my cup and juice today! 😇
