Here are explanations about how to obtain a license for each state legalizing medical or recreative weed:
@Myrkskog If any shop can apply for a license all is fine, but if it is only available through government owned selling point (like it is the case for alcohol), it can be disastrous as quality might drop down and the price might rise...

OR, if the black market keeps going strong, with better products, maybe they will align on it. Or be even more repressive.
I'm not aware enough of the current (or event pasts) Canadian Government so I can't really anticipate haha
