@demarca Yeah. You're "@demarca". There could be another @demarca somewhere else. Or I guess you could just register your name everywhere. As usual, this has its pros and cons.

@demarca It could. Easier to fake someone. But... it seems this place exists because some people believe Twitter sucks.

@moridin and you can't find people by their nicknames only. You need to know their instance, too. Awkward and not user friendly.
