I pretty much completely disagree with what you just wrote. But you are the majority and I want to keep things civil, so I won't press the issue. I understand that Twitter has left you violated mentally in some ways -- it has me -- but it has also toughened me up in others. As long as the discussion is civil, I see no need to gratuitously use the CW. But my general response is -- Meh.
@designakt Thanks for the reply. Too much is going on. And, really, the eye is drawn to the movement of the fourth frame anyway because of the movement. So, I would make it the most important aspect of the service and hide or lesson the importance of the other three. And, remember, people are coming from the Twitter #UX, so I would take that into consideration.
this is a weird situation, where I can't just write whatever I want to, but I have to gauge if what I write might, in some way, possibly offend someone....deep. but it's a feature, not a bug. :-)

Now is not the time to hide, folks. That is what Trump wants. He and Bannon want us to hide within our safe spaces to such an extent that we are too timid to challenge their insane polices. I know no one will listen to me, but I'd like to think I can rant as long as I use a CW.

Jesus Christ, people, if this was December 1941, everyone would be cowering in their bedroom not being engaged. I am very unhappy with tonight's events, but we need to engage, not hide in our safe spaces.
But whatever. I really, really don't want to troll anyone. And I am sorry if I have. I just needed to get this off chest.
I am completely indifferent to this. Whatever. If you want a safe zone, then you get it. But not to sound like a jerk, but this service -- however promising it may be -- will remain a toy of sorts to the technically inclined if that "feature" is too strictly enforced. But I like this service, and don't want to troll anyone, even by accident, so I will abide silently.
So this basically feels like a distributed version of Twitter with more characters.

@Migukin I agree. I'm not sure how we got to this place where having a civilized discussion is so difficult. The whole point is to be exposed to a different POV. Safe spaces shouldn't be a thing, but civility should.

I understand. I don't have a problem with that. But the average "thought leader" currently on Twitter who might think about providing this platform with content probably will be turned off if they have to worry about such things. But....AGAIN...let me stress that I will abide by the wishes of the majority.
