Graaaah! How can someone get to be a senior software developer and not know how to write a good bug report? A report titled "<Package X> is broken" and a body that's a laundry list of varying use cases showing wildly different problems on a number of different OSes is what is expect from HR, not someone with 6 years of university education and 15 years work experience.
