Creeping crud day #4: situation grim. running low on Kleenex and instant noodles. Still 3 days of Theraflu left. Mind starting to wander. Questions like "would the shopvac be able extract all this snot from my sinuses? Maybe a larger model will be needed? How much duct tape would be needed to seal the hose my nose?" not only start making sense, but are being considered as a viable solution to current predicament.
Creeping crud day #5: my nose is no longer full of glop. Now it's full of little razor-sharp bits of green shrapnel. WTF? Too much silicon in the diet, resulting in the body spontaneously exuding fragments of shattered 7-Up bottles?
