@NeuroWinter yeah it seems like all the upscale restaurants carry TsingTao, Stella, Asahi, Heineken, and San Miguel. on my visits I found I usually had to ditch the folks who wanted to eat fancy, and find a divey place with florescent lights and linoleum floors and a glass front fridge full of domestic . I recall Harbin as being somewhat crisper and slightly hoppier than the typical offerings. Red Star (I think it was the name) was specially bland.
