@Malin Maybe OcherBook. Well I discovered this a while ago but never tried it.
@Malin Not that I'm aware of. But I do know of a bookseller-agnostic vendor called Icarus. Books DRM'd by the seller are still DRM'd, and still check your permissions with that seller, but the reader doesn't care what the source is.
