URGENT SCIENCE QUESTION: Does your gray and white tuxedo cat reflexively start licking anything in front of her if you scratch her on her butt??? Just encountered second cat of this description with uncontrollable lick instinct when receiving rump scritches. Possibly linked genetic traits??! Science must answer!!

but as an additional data point we had an all white cat before who did also

@Latkes We've had several that did that. The current one is gray.
@Latkes I've also seen videos of cats that make a weird growl/yowl while getting scritched too.
@Latkes that's weird. I had a grey cat with a white bib who did that.
