Hack: I figured out I could fix the problem of my computer freezing up when I try to type a toot or reply in Mastodon, by composing it elsewhere and then cutting and pasting into the Mastodon toot composer in one big splat.
@KevinCarson1 I do something like this on my phone - on facebook it randomly deletes words, and on twitter every other character is deleted. So I type the post in the URL bar instead and copy paste it in ✌
