If a hobby is making you unhappy, you're not obligated to maintain it
Few enough things are optional in life that it's worth paying attention to the happiness gained/lost in the things that are.
It is, however, worth thinking long term
If a friendship is stressful because of temporary circumstances, keep it until it's not (but have an honest talk with yourself about deal breakers)
If food choices are necessary because finances and health, keep them (don't eat food that makes you feel bad later) ((look for ways to enjoy food that makes you feel good))
If you feel better having something to do with your hands, or creating, but aren't inspired, set your hobby aside, but not too far
