Can't wake up this morning. Been awake for ages, it's nearly 11am, and my brain is still in booting up mode.

*sigh*

Wow. I had no idea that this would be almost foretelling. I'm not sure what my emotions are right now, but they aren't good.

Seeing my parents suffering from things like arthritis is really making me think about my lifestyle. I'm not getting any younger myself, and it really does make me want to start changing my eating and exercising habits.

If I could make one or two small changes and make myself a bit healthier, then that would be a good thing.

One of the things I like about #mastodon is the potential to have an instance for pretty much every one of your #interests.

I think I'd lose track of where I was posting if I joined more than three or four, though!😄

Like a moth to a flame, I never learn, do I?

Seriously rethinking my participation in certain online contests from now on. What some treat as a bit of fun, others take excessively seriously, and it leaves a bd taste sometimes.

Not to mention the effect it can have on a person's confidence.

Ah, the weekend. The promise of a lie-in, some time to read, possibly some time for myself, and less worry.
