@jason Hi Jason. I haven't. I'll look for it. As luck would have it, I work in an academic library, so if we don't hold that title, I'll bet I can get a copy through interlibrary loan!
@jason Maybe it's the amount of gray in my beard, but I prefer print. I don't read ebooks on my phone, don't own an ebook reader, and I don't carry other devices (laptop, etc.) with me unless forced. Besides, it's an excellent time of year for reading outside, and print is a magnificent medium for outdoor reading. I spend the majority of my working day in front of screens. It is a pleasure to get away from them any chance I get!
