I'm still pretty confused about this platform. Is there a lot of communication across instances? Do people just use one account or is it common to have accounts on different instances?

I feel the best I ever have and I love it, but I also recognize I have a long way to go. And I guess that's okay.

I wish I could just solve being anxious and exhausted by everything. I wish I could rationalize away seeing myself as worthless. Getting better is hard.
