Heavy snow today has forced me to make a difficult decision: Work from home, or take a day off. I hate working from home, and I'm reluctant to waste a vacation day. Sigh. Vacation it is. Tag this: FirstWorldProblem

Two hours later, I'm back home after having the VW dealer swap out my rims for a set of winter wheels. That should pretty much block any snow from falling here this season

Here's an exercise for the reader. Record a short video of anything, and ensure that the soundtrack is of you playing random notes on any instrument of your choosing. Then, upload the video to YouTube, and count the number of minutes before you receive the inevitable copyright infrignement claim

Now that i've ordered the Kindle version of Fire and Fury, I fully expect to have nightmares tonight

Just tried mochi ice cream for the first time. I love the way the outer rice wrapping allows them to be eaten without getting the fingers sticky

Until then, I'll be keeping myself moderately drunk all weekend

Went to bed in tears after fruitlessly struggling for hours to resolve a computer hardware problem. After disconnecting and reconnecting the power and cables this morning, everything works perfectly.
