does anyone have any password manager recommendations? i would like to move away from lastpass.
keepass is not bad
@Iuckyduck keepass is open source
@Iuckyduck any particular reason why?
i been using that one for about three years, and dont know anything about other managers
@Iuckyduck I use keepass. The amount of clients is staggering. I've got my password database synced via cloud storage, and can access it via all of my PCs and my android.
@Iuckyduck Keepass, with the database in a private Keybase share to keep it synched.
@Iuckyduck
I haven't transitioned to it just yet, but Bitwarden seems pretty good
@Iuckyduck Security people say 1Password is excellent if you use it as a *local* database, without the cloud storage component.
@Iuckyduck I've used KeePass and KeePassX for years. Love them!
i don't know if i'm doing this right but thanks for the password manager recs, everyone! :)
@Iuckyduck i've been using enpass.io lately (i too ditched lastpass)
@Iuckyduck I use pass, a Linux command line password manager.
@Iuckyduck I have had no issues with Keepass... been using it for a few years now. I use Keepass2Android on my phone.
