I don't know about you, but Mastodon could be a good way for media business to maintain some control on who publishes for them and, at the same time, ease the article releases... Just create a local instance for their posts and... POOF... No problem!

Another instance were there's login problems with #Tusky is octodon.social (the one I use)
For some reason Tusky isn't accepting octodon.social as an instance... 🙁
Just for information: when Mastodon started?
For those who dont know, the federated timeline displays all the activity from all the people on other instances who are followed by people on your instance.

It is therefore very good practice to follow as many interesting people from other instances as possible. We are the ropes binding this distributed system together.
I think that a good idea for Mastodon developers would be create a kind of @public that could allow people outside some instance see (and maybe post) on that instance, or @groups for grouping people with similar interest.

3. Framing your business and brand relevantly within that context.

One thing I like is the bigger size for post. This sounds good for many things, like second screen and so.
I think Mastodon is a good alternative for Twitter, but need more momentum...
I think there's still to be implemented...
