@Zaphodbblx I think the problem is solved already by the evidence that states reap mega-truckloads of easy tax-revenue from legalized #cannabis.
Missouri is just _itching_ to get that money. _ITCHING_ Missouri has got the jones for the benjamins! Poor Missouri.
