Ravenous bird gluttons are eating two pounds of bird seed a day from our bird feeder. When it's gone they hunt around on the deck for more while peering pitifully in through the window.
@Talyaa Woah, what kind of birds are they?
@Gogogadgetpants there's a variety - mostly sparrow-sized little guys, very cute and evidently extremely hungry. Haven't been able to confidently identify any so far, but I'm new at the bird thing.
@Talyaa I'm not very good at it myself, but I do like to watch them do their secret bird things.
