Is anyone out there in the Fediverse who is a) in or near Atlanta, USA and b) is interested in a dog? There's one that was abandoned when the family moved and the people who rescued him are looking to place him in a forever home.
(As an aside, I can NOT understand how you could move and leave your dog behind outside your old house)
@filkerdave Didn't you know? Dogs are yard accessories. Like plastic flamingos! They only coordinate with certain houses though so it's best to leave them for they new owners of they yard. /sarcasm
Seriously though, thanks for trying to help the poor pup. That must be so confusing for it!
@filkerdave Rescues really seem to go out of their way to let you know that they understand and are thankful for the kindnesses you do them.
@Gogogadgetpants Not surprised at that. If I was a rescue I'd surely be super grateful.
@Gogogadgetpants I'm really hoping that someone loving comes along and adopts him.
I don't have any dogs myself, but my girlfriend and my ex-wife both have rescues and they're just the sweetest pups.
