I was just playing vintage cube on magic online and drafted a grixis control deck. In my last game I mana drained my opponent's gearhulk, then top decked my Nicol bolas the next turn! That was fun

I have a profile picture now. *goes back into shell*

@Canageek I agree that it's not *really* a roguelike, but I'm not sure what else to call it.

Uh what else... I also played Persona 5 during the summer. It's kinda long but a lot of fun. You go into people's minds to steal their distorted desires! Also you go to high school and hang out with friends. That's basically how Persona works. And there's a talking cat

Going back a couple months ago, there's Hiveswap, the Homestuck adventure game. (Homestuck is an extremely awesome/convoluted webcomic which ended last year. It's not necessary to play the game.) Only Act 1 of Hiveswap is out now, and it's short, but every moment of it is gold.

I'm also playing some computer games, like Rogue Legacy! It's a few years old now but I started playing it again a couple weeks ago. The game is a rogue like where each time your hero dies, you choose one of theit children to continue with. I'm about half way through new game+ now.

So I'ma talk about some games I've been playing. First there's Magic: The Gathering. I had played a bit before, but in the last few months I've gotten really into it. Especially the previous set, Hour of Devastation, which I probably drafted 20 times or something. The current set Ixalan is also cool, but I'm a bit less into it.

So I haven't been on this site for over 6 months, but turns out birdsite still sucks so here I am

4: Finally I'm still playing Cosmic Star Heroine. I'm having fun with it but other games keep pulling me away. I think the first few hours on Araenu were the best.

3: Having completed Horizon, I got another PS4 game, Bloodborne. I haven't played any From Software games before, and I died repeatedly in my first few hours, not making much progress. I put the game down for a week, then I looked at some guides online. I gave it a second try yesterday, and today I found and killed the first boss, Gascoigne! I think I'm getting the hang of it.

2: Recently completed Horizon Zero Dawn, the first game I got for my new PS4. I was seriously obsessed with it, but I don't regret the 80 hours I put into it! Even better than BotW, in my opinion.

1: More Stellaris. I've started a few games since Utopia, but I haven't gone further than 100 years in. My current game is friendly science peacocks. Unfortunately we're surrounded by Fallen Empires & Hive Minds.

Okay! Everyone is talking about Eurovision but I'll ignore that and instead blather about some more games I've been playing.

@starbreaker Really good! Though I did run into a bug just now which cost me a bit of progress. But aside from that it's been amazing. I haven't played Phantasy Star but it does remind me of Chrono Trigger.

I'm playing Cosmic Star Heroine now. I don't want to leave Nightshade because the music is too good!

got to Canada on Long Winding Road difficulty! Of my initial pair, one almost made it to Canada but was swarmed by the zombies literally seconds from the border, leaving just me & a dog.

I stayed up too late playing Stellaris & Death Road to Canada. First my space turtles found some squid butlers who we relocated back to our home planet so they can feed us lettuce. Then I got to Canada with a team including two dogs, after having been reduced to one character halfway through. Now I must sleep!

@RebelMoogle sounds cool, I may check it out sometime!

@sotonohito I played Majora once, on the Wii virtual console. It is pretty great, but for 3D Zeldas my favourite is Twilight Princess (currently, it has changed around a lot). Link between Worlds was kinda a 2D Zelda despite the 3D art style.
