This is a great brewery for bottled offerings, and if you ever get a chance to try their beer on tap in Seattle, do it.
This one is a 9%-alcohol “Tripel Ale” (whatever that is). It’s perfect for something a bit stronger, but not so powerful as to require sipping, like the higher alcohol-content brews.
Second glass, and I’m feeling kind of snockered right now, but perfect for pounding out some homework. 😘
Well, it does make typing a little difficult, but that's what the 'delete' key is for.
