Hoquiam is, by far, my favorite library in our regional system. The stairs creak. It smells of old books. I only want an ancient horsehair-and-leather easy chair to slide into, and I’d be in heaven.

Upon checking, it appears that it is indeed a Carnegie Library (from 1911). It's Prairie Style, like the Carnegie library in my hometown.
