Last week I created a prefab in Unity that incorporates LUIS (Language Understanding Intelligent Service) easily into projects!
We created it for smarter Mixed Reality apps, but if you changed the speech-to-text input it works on any platform.

@FeyTechnologist in college I named my phone's bluetooth "US government" and would randomly try to connect to devices in big lecture halls. The dude sitting in front of me had his laptop pop up with "US Government is attempting to connect to your computer" with a yes/no button. He sat up real straight, looked around, and just closed his laptop
