Dealing with APT and random Linux shit is becoming more and more annoying. I think I'll stop hosting my websites on this dedicated server and just dump everything on Netlify since it's all static shit anyway.
Turns out I shat myself and didn't correctly configured whatever backport repository I'm supposed to configure to reinstall certbot or some other shit.
Also, WHY THE FUCK DO I NEED TO DO THAT KIND OF STUFF IN THE FIRST PLACE AAAAAAAAA
Shit all you want on NPM and the Node ecosystem but at least I don't have to fight against repositories, package managers that all have their weird quirks, and Stackoverflow responses that are like "uuhhhh I patched the file manually and it's fixed"
Honestly I'll legit remove my websites and migrate to Netlify in the coming months, this way I can wipe this dedicated server and just use it as a download box from scratch and never touch it ever again
At least certbot is fixed now. At least the whole Let's Encrypt thing is free because clearly running my own thing has been a pain in the ass since the beginning
