What the fuck? Mastodon 2.4.1 is pretty bad.

In Mastodon 2.4.1, the Getting Started menu:
1. as now the same icon than the list menu;
2. no longer contains links to the suspended and silenced accounts;
3. always display the same content, regardless of what columns are pinned;
4. half of the links (including the logout AND the link to /about/more) are now tiny and at the bottom instead of being shown as regular entries.

@Sylvhem So all the links that were in the Getting Started are in the tiny-ass profile menu 😪

@Sylvhem what kills me is that this is a fairly big change in UI and you can bet your ass _nothing_ in the UI will inform users where the stuff went. Instead they'll be told to read the changelog to find the one sentence where it's explained 🙄

@Eramdam @Sylvhem Fairly change in the UI that should have not been part a minor release (would have more sense in 2.4.0 than in 2.4.1).

@Eramdam @Sylvhem how are we supposed to be noticed of new follow requests now?

@Sapphaos That's a really good question. You'll also find them in the profile's menu I guess.

@Eramdam

@Sylvhem @Sapphaos oh god I forgot about that and that's going to be such a mess jfc

@Sylvhem @Sapphaos Unless the UI does something smart where it could re-spawn the menu item when needed but...I'm not getting my hopes too high

@Eramdam Me neither since all the other spamming items of the menu have disappeared form this release.

@Sapphaos

@Sylvhem @Eramdam @Sapphaos in master i think they've added a button for this menu in the top of the compose area so at least it's always visible but yeah...

@bea @Eramdam @Sapphaos Wait a minute, I'm going to test that right now. I'll tell you.

@Sylvhem @Eramdam I mean, people were already not happy with the way it was handled before because they forgot about it, but now it's even worse?

@Sapphaos You summed up that pretty well. That also what happened with the "More information" entry.
