@Doppio you want to avoid any added sugar or carbs, and focus entirely on protein. (i used to do the Atkins diet, too.)

i'm allergic to egg, but if you're not, powders that have egg whites in them are really good.

i can't do dairy either so i tend to use unsweetened almond or coconut milk when hydrating the powder.

yoghurt and bananas and peanut butter can help with texture.

concentrate is fine, don't pay extra for isolate.

Quick GIMP tutorial: how to detour a drawing on a solid background to make it transparent while keeping antialiasing pretty quickly

1. do a quick want selection of the background
2. invert the selection
3. shrink the selection to one pixel (or more if the borders are thicker, may be better to get good antialias)
4. invert the selection again
5. use the "color to alpha" option and select the background color

And voila!!
