I talked to my ex and he was telling me about how he planned to get a gun on Friday. He's been suicidal since way before I even knew him. I'm not sure how to like help him he says he's not gonna do anything but idk I just want him to be safe but I can't really help him ultimately its his own decision. Idk this is just really difficult because I'm already not the best with people and he's someone I really care about
