Some sort of Russian prog-rock fan site posted a link to Carbon 7’s band camp page, and inexplicably, people are actually buying a few albums and songs. It brings me joy that the music that has come most from my heart is bringing joy to other folks out there, somewhere. It’s honestly what I think I was put here to do, besides raising Erin The Spaceship Builder.
@anthracite We pay attention to one another & try to work out what fits best. Also, I have been in various bands with both these guys since the beginning of time, so we know each other very well, stylistically. They’re both really monster players, & I feel privileged to get to stand between them. There are sour notes & discordant moments here & there, but we bumble back into something good pretty quick most of the time.
@Devils_Rancher I am listening right now and this is some pretty high-quality improvisational noodling! Might buy an album or two myself.
