I’m going off sugar again, pray for me. I did this for four months last summer/fall to get in shape for a caving expedition to Mexico, then let myself go when I got home. I don’t feel good, and I think a lot of it is my sugar habit.

My first thought was maybe I’ll sleep better if I’m not pumped full of sugar at bedtime, but I guess I’ll sleep when I’m dead. I do need to keep myself from posting at 3 am - that never goes well.
