@sonicbooming Congrats On living long enough! I faded out for a few months there — workworkwork, but have been sticking my toes back in the last few weeks. So little time, though.
@sonicbooming I run my ass off all day & everyone can see my computer anyway. I usually eat lunch on the run while trying to catch up with paperwork. I had jobs that it wasn’t as much of a problem for a long time, but this place is so goddam busy that if I spend 5 minutes doing something non work-related, I just have to work 5 minute longer at the end of the day. Evenings, weekends, I’m fried so i haven’t made a post in years.
@Devils_Rancher Fair enough. I probably spend TOO much time on there but we all have our vices. MF is one of mine.
@sonicbooming yeah, it was for me for a long time, except for circumstances. Love the community, have made several friends over the years, always made meetups. Hasn’t been an Austin meetup in several years, sadly.
@Devils_Rancher I have a job that allows me to have it on in the background, so I'm able to be half-distracted and still keep my toe in there.
