Only mastodon users with 200 followers or more are permitted to boost this mural
-----------------------------------------------------
PSA: if a user habitually boosts stuff you don't want to see, you can turn off boosts just for them without unfollowing them
view their profile in the regular masto UI and you'll see a "Hide boosts from X" in the hamburger menu
this can make the whole experience a lot less annoying, but it's not well-known!
aren't you hungry for...
The Anime Club Gunshow comics are still so visceral. They understand the worst aspects of fandom and the terrible people who tend to dominate groups within it on par with Dworkin's Eltingville stuff.
Conclusion of today : it's currently #1 trending repo on Github
@codl here's another pic I dug up.
@codl this is a concept andrew made a loooonngg time ago, I think when problem sleuth was still running. I remember seeing it in one of those mspaforums threads along with the early concept sketches of the Homestuck characters I think

The news is fake, just not in in the sense that they mean. https://social.coop/media/kxSlyrxTbC0KlHKuK3Q
On the subject of Secret of Mana, its cover was deeply inspiring to me on a creative level. It's a fantastic piece of artwork that implies so much more than it states outright. (If nothing else, I know where I get my love of giant trees from.)
Earthbound except it's full of Canadian pop culture references instead
Hey everyone! I've just published a beta of my new app for writers -
It's a simple tool meant to help writers to develop a daily writing habit, achieve their writing goals, and track their progress.
If you're interested in this sort of thing - it'd be really awesome if you could check it out and let me know what you think. I'm looking for any feedback, first impressions, your thoughts on what could be better.
If you use #GoogleDrive, you are also allowing Google to do whatever they want with your files: they can read them, copy them, give them to anyone else, make derivative works, even publish them online without your permission (see attached screenshot). #DropBox is similar.
In other words, private files uploaded to Google Drive are no longer private.
You might want to try #privacy aware #NextCloud instead, which actually lets you control who gets to see/use your stuff:
