@DaveHiggins I'm hoping I didn't bomb the Torts exam. I didn't have a good feeling about it when I walked out. It's too late to worry about it now.
Onward to Property and Obligations!
@Srtolar One of my tutors had a theory that if you have a good feeling about an exam it means you don't understand how complex the law is. So, the vague sense you've missed something might be a good thing.
@DaveHiggins My professors have very different exam expectations. Torts prof wants the meat - his exams have word limits for each answer. Property prof wants a four-course meal - you cannot write too much. Obligations prof wants a well-balanced meal - cover everything, but skip the fluff.
I struggled with that last semester. Hopefully I get it right this round.
