Okay, well, the hot/cold water trick is doing the job, but I think it's easier to cut the eyes out first. Some stick, some don't. Also, seems that these potatoes were a little too soft. So they end up kinda mushy.
@DNA Not that you'd actually need to but...how did you/would you go about peeling a potato that small?
