I've started allocating time, at least a week in advance, for working on projects, playing games I want to finish, cleaning, chores, etc. and putting them all into the same calendar as all my social events and such. While this has made it way easier to understand exactly how much time I have and when I'm likely to get things done, it's also realized how much shit I've agreed to and how little time in a week I really have. Not sure if it's made my anxiety better or worse.
@Cyphran Agreed. I think the necessary Step 2 to this is start pacing my commitments, now that I know what my actual capacity is.
