forgot the coil was basically a big spring so a solder joint broke (i have no thick 1m copper wire so that's 4 smaller wires) but i fixed it
for the ground plane, first i glued two cardboard discs to get something rigid enough and i'll probably just wrap aluminium foil around it
i love making sophisticated things with trash
*bending a thick copper coil* ok no
the tube fits as a drill bit which makes it easy to sand the end
good tool
cutting copper tubes with bad tools
hopefully the worst part
it's nice but there are so many standards and it's so expensive

no coax left
short self-contained problems are so good
i mean bad smartasses like, those who absolutely need to splain things to everyone, but also are wrong about it

of course "memory safety" doesn't solve everything but if we can remove most of the stupidly predictable flaws let's fucking do it
and if someone wanted to bolt a magical static analysis tool that removes half the bugs to a c compiler let's fucking do it too
it's just that rust is made for that to work nicely from the start
Dyson AirBlade my ass. It cuts nothing.
"what if we make it like us and it does" well you built a very expensive badly educated child. it's been a problem since before we even thought of the artificial side.
"but what if it takes over the world" it fucking won't because it's completely pointless to anything but to us
you're actually scared of people, not the "artificial" part
hot take human intelligence is way more dangerous that ai in every way and no one wants to think of it that way while we build it continuously
how often does a movie make you reconsider the nature of time? it's a great movie
