for some reason they have never accepted my first one, which had a matching name. now the account is as alice and the documents contain deadnames only, yet it was accepted once. 🤷
and for some reasons they started giving me shit even after my account had regular orders to the same address and my new card has the same name
but hey what if carders used the same card for 15$ worth of electronics per month for years up to the expiration just to be sure
