Octodon is back!
What a fucking wake up. Fuck you Scaleway.
All the servers just lost their IPv4 network interface. I extracted the database though instances.octodon.social (because it still had IPv4, and IPv6 at the same time), imported it back in MaaStodon.
So the migration has been done at the same time.
And now I'll slowly delete all the Scaleway servers, send them a mean ticket, and close my account.
Now MaaStodon has not been tested with more than 5 concurrent users so it may be a bit slow while I scale everything.
File upload is broken too, working on it.
@CobaltVelvet have you set up your own instance?
I'm looking for a bit of guidance in setting up my own.

@CobaltVelvet Well I have no idea how to set up my own instance.
What I know is that i need a domain, a virtual server somewhere with perhaps 5-10GB of space, and some linux / ubuntu skills to get it going.
I kinda wish someone would guide me through it a little bit. Seems like something I could knock off in under an hour TBH.
