- "dickgirl" describes a feminine expression plus a penis, plain and correct.
Of course since it refers to genitals don't use it out of a context appropriate to talk about genitals.
"dickgirl" empathizes a sexualized body; "woman" empathizes the person they are; "trans woman" empathizes their shitty childhood.
